This is one person. I do three kinds of work: I read large case files for a law firm and turn them into something a lawyer can use, I build research and data tools, and I build and fix websites. I use AI for a lot of the reading and building. I check what it produces against the source before anything goes out.
Since July 2026 I've done the file work for a law firm that handles property insurance claims and coverage disputes. A file comes in as a few hundred to a couple thousand pages: claim notes, adjuster reports, repair estimates, photos, the policy, recorded statements, depositions, letters. Some of it is typed, a lot of it is scanned.
What goes back is a case summary and a dated chronology, and when the matter calls for it: deposition summaries, an examination under oath synopsis, a mediation memo, or a line by line comparison of two repair estimates. More than thirty of those so far.
Every quote and every number in a write-up is checked against the page it came from, scanned pages included. Then a separate pass reads the finished text and flags anything it can't find in the file. If something isn't in the file, the write-up says so instead of guessing.
I build the technical side of CRE42, a commercial real estate research site used in a graduate real estate course at MIT: the site search, the data behind it, and back-testing for a 37-metro multifamily forecasting model, so you can see how its forecasts would have done in years it wasn't fitted on.
I build small sites and fix broken ones. Broken usually means something specific: the site is down, the booking button does nothing, the photos don't load, the phone number on the page dials the wrong phone, the site doesn't work on a phone at all. If I emailed you, it's because I found one of those on your site, and I'll have sent a screenshot.

Two examples. These are rebuilds I made of two real Miami med spa homepages, to show what a working page looks like. Each one has a banner saying it's a proposal and not the business's real site. Open them on your phone.
I built and run a subscription platform for independent creators: accounts, card payments through a licensed processor, and a ledger of what each creator is owed. It's live in production.
I run the production systems for my own software and for the sites I'm hired to fix, so part of the job is keeping them defended. What that covers and what it doesn't.
In 2025 and 2026 I spent a lot of time on presence authentication: how a system can tell a person is actually there without collecting who they are. That produced some provisional patent filings. It's not what I'm doing day to day now but I'm not going to pretend it didn't happen. It's written up here.
